Recipe: Superfood Camping Trail Mix
This recipe makes about 4 cups of trail mix. Eating one serving every other day will ensure a more full nutruional diet. Typically on a camping trip or if I was portioning an amount to travel with, I would use 1/2 cup serving size. This would be filling if I ate this along with a banana, apple or other fruit. 🙂 This recipe has protein, carbs, fiber, antioxidants, iron, manganese, calcium, vitamins A and E, and more! It is crunchy, soft, sweet, and savory.
