With a full life you have to think of everything that encompasses life, including the place that sustains it.
Environmental health is just as much a priority as our own physical health. We are only given this Earth to live on. Mother Earth does a great job of sustaining us and sustaining the hardships we put on her when we over-consume and over-create. It is time we care about her and learn ways to reduce our impact and maybe even reverse some of the damage done.
Change doesn’t have to be big or dramatic to make a difference. Everyone can benefit from eating more fruits, veggies, and whole foods into their diet… which is why this blog is not only for vegans and vegetarians but also for everyone who wants to eat healthier food without giving up flavor!
Many people are under the assumption that vegans and vegetarians are lacking flavor packed food that is good for you… while this can be true, here on Gr(AteFull) Eats, I assure you that will not happen. I am committed to creating clean superfood recipes that taste like comfort food you want to eat over and over again. Also I believe sharing is caring so you will see links and posts from my favorite bloggers on here!

The best companion to superfood is super-health.
Our own health encompasses more than just our physical bodies; it encompasses our mental and spiritual health too.
A foundation of a healthy life is to live with gratitude, a positive attitude and compassion for all beings.
This means having gratitude for the things that serve you and for those that do not serve you but seek to teach you. When we experience hardship and difficult times, we must keep a sense of gratitude for the good things we have. Many of us are blessed with basic good health: vision, sense of hearing, smell, taste, touch and ability to have complex thought. If we develop a daily habit of being thankful for these senses, we become less affected when things out of our control do not go our way.
When things do not go our way, we can react with a positive attitude. This is not to say to be unrealistic in the things we accept, but not to focus on the things that do not go our way. A quote by William Shakespeare that I return to often is
“Nothing is either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.”
With that being said… we are in control of our thoughts and these help to create the world around us. Let us view the world with grateful, positive and compassionate thoughts.
When humans act with intention and try, at the root of themselves, to stay grateful, positive and compassionate they become superhumans.
Superhumans are people like you and me who have realized their full potential and been willing to actualize it. Superhumans make Earth a happier, cleaner and healthier place.
Superhumans have the ability to accept and value anyone right where they are at in life at any time.
Everyone is unique in their own way and should be celebrated for who they are.
The right tribe for you will love and accept you passionately as you are. We can offer this acceptance to anyone even for a brief moment as we hold space for a stranger during a conversation in a line or maybe on a bus…

True love is understanding. It recognizes that everyone is on a different journey.
We dance with the movement of life… each just a little different because we experience different things.
As our life rhythm moves and changes, we change our dance. We are adaptable. It is important to understand this and to constantly remind ourselves of it.
We have not always been where we are and we will not always be where we are. Life is constantly moving and it’s important to keep learning and growing. Be not afraid of change and being different… but remember to be true to you.
